MDF Squares

MDF Squares & Square Blanks — 6mm to 25mm Thick

Our MDF squares are cut in the UK from quality, FSC-certified MDF that meets the EN 13986 standard. Each square has a smooth, sanded, defect-free surface that's ready to paint, spray, vinyl, engrave or coat in resin.

  • Sizes: 10cm, 15cm, 20cm, 25cm, 30cm, 35cm, 40cm, 50cm and 60cm (±2mm)
  • Thicknesses: 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, 18mm and 25mm
  • Pack sizes: from 1 to 10, great value for bigger projects and small businesses

Thinner squares (6mm and 9mm) are ideal for signs, tiles, coasters, layering and laser projects. Thicker squares (18mm and 25mm) make sturdy bases, stands, plaques and freestanding décor.
