2. Store platform and payments

Our online store runs on Shopify. Payments are handled securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.

3. Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to our prices. Delivery charges are shown before you pay. Please see our Shipping Policy.

5. Accuracy of information

We work hard to make sure product descriptions, sizes, photos and prices are accurate. MDF is a manufactured wood product, so small differences in colour, surface finish and edge detail can occur between batches and from what you see on screen. If we have made a mistake with a price or description, we'll contact you before going ahead with your order.

6. Links to other websites

Our website may link to other websites, such as courier tracking pages. We aren't responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites.
